Please keep in mind that we are a Family Beach Club and Campground, Their are many children enjoying the summer, so remember to follow our posted speed limits.

Guest fee $4.00 per day per person (no charge for children under 2 years of age).

A guest may visit no more than twice in one month. Exceptions will be at the discretion of Management.

No more than 10 guest may visit a member for any one day without prior authorization.

All guest must be pre registered at the advance of their visit

An adult member must be present for the duration of the guest visit

Overnight camping guest will be charged for two days

The member is responsible and liable for all actions of his/her guest

Lifeguards are responsible for swimmers. Non swimmers shall be the full responsibility of the parents. shallow areas are provided for non swimmers.

Sorry inner tubes, floats, inflatable toys and snorkels are not allowed

No Ball Playing, Frisbee or other flying object on the beaches or roads open fields are available

Lifeguards shall have the right to prohibit any activities that in their judgment may endanger or disturb any of the members or their guest

Canoes, rowboats and inflatable boats are allowed within the boating area. Sorry No motor or sail craft allowed

Fishing is allowed only in designated fishing areas. Not on boats or from our beaches

Speed limit: Please obey the designated speed limit of 10 MPH around the Lake and 5 MPH in the campground

Children are not allowed in the beach club area after dark, unless accompanied by an adult

All golf carts are subject to Sun Valley golf cart regulations

Quiet pets are permitted if leashed and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed on the beach or picnic areas

Respect your neighbor. do not trespass on other campsites. Use the roadways and walkways

Motorcycles are only allowed when entering and leaving the park. All terrain vehicles are not allowed

All temporary out buildings, (shed, screen enclosures, and decks), require prior approval from management. You may obtain a complete list of guidelines for all modifications in the office

Quiet time shall be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Recreational Vehicles must be self contained, may not exceed 400 sq. feet and may not be over 10 years old on arrival

Building, Pavilions and picnic shelters may not be reserved except for Sun Valley functions

No Switching seats

Parents are responsible for supervision of their children

In an Emergency Lifeguards carry Radio's / nearest phone at the front beach office

Do not throw Rocks or Sand

Do not swim across the Lake

No swimming after the lifeguard goes off duty

Flotation devices are not allowed

 No ball playing on the beach or in the water

Please keep your Radio music low

No Dogs allowed on the beach

Water must be evacuated during Thunderstorms

No Scuba Diving

Management shall have the full authority in the enforcement of these rules and regulations and shall be allowed to make additions, changes and temporary decisions as it deems necessary. Management reserves the right to evict, without refund, anyone violating these rules, destroying property, creating a disturbance or abusing privileges.
