| Winter Storage:
Winter storage of the recreational vehicle shall be included if the non
refundable deposit for the 2008 season is received by October 15, 2007
Winter use of the Beach Club facilities, such as ice skating and cross
country skiing, is also included with the renewal agreement. |
| Late Fees:
Finance charge will be computed at a rate of 1.5% per month on all
accounts more than 25 days past due. |
| Security
Gate: One gate card shall be issued to
each family. Replacement and additional cards will be available to
licensed family members for an additional charge of $10.00. Unauthorized
use of the card will automatically terminate use of the card. When the
gates are open , Members must sign in. |
